Job summary

Ethos, a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind-backed expert network, seeks experienced postdoctoral researchers to help train an AI language model on professional presentations and slide decks. This flexible, remote role offers 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across conference decks, research posters, grant figures, results slides, and plain-language summaries, with emphasis on PowerPoint craftsmanship and clear written communication.

Qualifications

• PhD holder with active research and publication track record.
• 3+ years of conference presentations experience.
• Excellent written communication and slide craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Train an AI language model on professional presentations and slide decks.
