Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks an Associate Program Manager to serve as a senior individual contributor within the Scientific and Medical Affairs Advisory Group.

You will create high-quality program materials and customer deliverables, helping Life Science organizations become more effective in complex specialty markets. You will build relationships with customers and internal teams, establish program vision with the client, and manage project workloads to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years' professional experience.
• Experience with medical affairs and integrated evidence plans.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Build positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.
• Partner with the customer to establish vision for the program/portfolio initiative and support the team and potential.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills with proactive management of project responsibilities, milestones, and timelines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Provide guidance and oversight to project managers on overall delivery approach.
