Job summary

Gresham in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale customer implementations across the product suite. You will guide other Project Managers, ensuring delivery standards and adherence to methodology, and act as the main contact for complex engagements.

You will mentor junior PMs, manage budgets and forecasts, and collaborate with Product/Dev/Support to shape offerings. Strong communication to execs is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, high-value projects in financial software or technology.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience mentoring junior Project Managers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple or large, complex customer projects to meet timelines, budgets and scope.
• Act as escalation point, mentor and guide other Project Managers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations including executive contacts and internal leaders.
• Ensure quality and consistency of project documentation, risk management and forecasting.
• Lead customer engagement during scoping, design and delivery workshops.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Development and Support to influence product enhancements.
• Contribute to pre-sales with implementation insights and solution design.
