Job summary

Planet is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Professional Services for Defense & Intelligence. You will guide strategy and execution across teams, working with customers to ensure global success of Planet platforms.

This full-time, hybrid role requires 3 days in Berlin, Haarlem or London offices, with a focus on delivering high-impact geospatial solutions for national security missions. You’ll oversee multi-project delivery, champion agile processes, and drive long-term team growth while

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience and 4+ years supervisory / leadership experience.
• Degree in GIS, Computer Science, Remote Sensing, Geography, or related field; an advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience influencing customer decisions at all levels of the organization.
• Direct experience delivering geospatial solutions for Defense and Intelligence missions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Professional Services team of architects, strategists and engineers.
• Guide strategy and execution across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Deliver geospatial solutions tailored to Defense and Intelligence needs.
• Oversee multiple major projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
