Planet is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Professional Services for Defense and Intelligence to guide strategy and execution across projects worldwide. You will lead a team of professionals—solutions architects, deployment strategists, and software engineers—delivering secure, geospatial solutions at scale.

This full-time, hybrid role requires three days on-site in London, Berlin, or Haarlem and emphasizes timely delivery, budget adherence, and customer success across global engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience with 4+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Degree in GIS, Computer Science, Remote Sensing, Geography, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Direct experience delivering high-impact geospatial solutions for Defense and Intelligence missions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Professional Services architects, deployment strategists, and software engineers.
• Guide strategy and execution across multiple projects/workstreams on multi-quarter horizons.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning projects to global business and technology requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong customer partnerships to drive successful outcomes.
