Job summary

Contiem Ltd in Sutton, UK, seeks a Senior Program Manager, Professional Services, to oversee long- and short-term strategic planning and the day-to-day activities required to support the assigned verticals.

You will lead cross-functional teams across remote and onsite members, manage client engagements, revenue forecasts, and collaborate with Sales on proposals and opportunities. This role offers hybrid working from our Sutton office with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 12+ years of experience in client service, account management, or enterprise-level content management software and solution sales.
• Ability to lead in a matrix management environment with cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with XML technologies and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to the personnel and programs that support the assigned vertical.
• Monitor and direct teams to meet and exceed revenue growth targets through knowledge of contracting processes, budget cycles, and decision-making processes.
• Oversee client communications to ensure regular contact with active and prospective clients.
• Oversee and manage resources, spend plans, and program execution for project engagements.
• Track and report monthly revenue forecasts and actuals within assigned verticals.
• Handle client escalations with a solutions-based approach.
• Work with Sales to respond to queries, proposals, and new client opportunities.
