Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Senior Program Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in the UK. You will shape the big picture, conduct research and analysis, and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple teams with senior leadership oversight.

Some roles may be on-site or remote, with a focus on improving operational performance and delivering high-impact programs in AMZL Europe and related networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience managing programs or projects end-to-end.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership; PMP/Scrum or Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in your organization.
• Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of business operations, driving improvements across teams and organizations.
• Work with senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs and drive them from start to finish.
• Enhance operational performance on every program in partnership with stakeholders.
