Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. seeks a Manager, Senior Program Management to lead global engineering teams and customer programs, ensuring on-time delivery against committed ship dates. The role focuses on reducing lead times, managing capacity, and minimizing inventory while delivering quality results.

You will coach Program and Project Managers, drive PDP improvements, and coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and design to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with PCBA design and/or manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Program Managers and Project Managers.
• Set goals, performance expectations, and development plans for team members.
• Guide on project planning, issue resolution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Build partnerships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support program execution.
• Drive improvements in Product Development Processes, stage-gate reviews, and governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of New Product Development of Hyperscale Power.
• Support RFQ development and program proposals with Marketing and Design Engineering.
• Plan and manage schedules and resource plans to deliver products on time and within budget.
• Manage scope changes and financial targets with proposed actions.
