Job summary

Convene Rathbone in London is seeking a Senior Event Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of live, hybrid, and virtual events. You will be the primary client liaison, coordinating with AV, catering, and operations to deliver immersive experiences.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in event planning and production for physical, hybrid and virtual events.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple events.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of AV production, catering logistics and event operations.
• Proficiency with event management software and project management tools.
• 3-5 years in large-scale corporate event planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Events Team with scheduling and resource allocation.
• Oversee planning and execution of events across physical, hybrid and virtual formats.
• Act as the main client liaison during the planning phase, ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed event documentation, including timelines and PEOs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to finalise event logistics and budgets.
• Conduct pre-event and post-event debriefs to drive continuous improvement.
