Job summary

Insight222 is seeking a Program Events Manager to own the full production and delivery of client program events. You will translate client insight and industry developments into compelling agendas and session formats, coordinating speakers and facilitator management for in-person and virtual sessions.

You will lead end-to-end event production, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with Client Success, Marketing and Leadership to ensure events meet client needs and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience producing content-led B2B events, executive forums, professional communities or corporate events.
• Strong end-to-end event management experience across in-person and virtual formats.
• Ability to turn stakeholder input, research and audience needs into clear event briefs, agendas and formats.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple events and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop event strategy, briefs and agendas, with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Manage speaker invitations, briefings and communications to ensure relevance and alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end production, logistics, venues, AV, and virtual platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and budgets; produce post-event reports and lessons learned.
