IONATE in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Production Test Engineer to own the production-test strategy for the Hybrid Intelligent Transformer (HIT). You will work hands-on with high-power hardware, test rigs and software, guiding early unit testing and supporting manufacturing transfer to UK partners.

You will design, commission and maintain test systems, define safe test methods for high-energy equipment, automate data capture and help drive efficiency, reliability and scalable capacity as

Qualificações

• Hands-on work with products, instruments and test rigs.
• Experience developing or supporting production tests for complex electromechanical hardware.
• Ability to interpret schematics, waveforms and logs for fault diagnosis.
• Experience selecting and integrating test equipment and software into production-test systems.
• Experience developing automated test sequences and data-capture with traceability.
• Proficiency with LabVIEW, instrumentation and manufacturing software.

Responsabilidades

• Create the production-test strategy translating product requirements into test coverage and records.
• Work on production test set-up, initial power-up and integration with engineering.
• Design and commission test fixtures, instrumentation, interlocks and software interfaces.
• Define safe test methods for high-energy equipment including lockout/tagout and interlocks.
• Automate test execution and data capture with serial-number traceability.
• Support fault diagnosis and corrective action with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality.
• Maintain approved test methods, software versions and calibration status.
• Aim to optimise test performance, capacity and throughput.
• Transfer test capability to UK contract manufacturers with scalable documentation.
• Contribute to PFMEA ensuring risks and controls are covered by test coverage.
