Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership across TV/film productions in UK and beyond.
• Own sustainability program strategy for assigned regions and scale implementation.
• Conduct regular set visits to support partnerships and guide regional sustainability strategy.
• Serve as primary regional escalation point for sustainability issues impacting productions.
• Envision future possibilities and drive breakthrough sustainability strategies.
• Collaborate with production leadership to align expectations and support consistent sustainability implementation.
• Identify and pilot sustainability initiatives, technologies, and vendors within the region.
• Oversee regional sustainability performance tracking and reporting.
• Guide teams by aligning business strategies and managing key relationships.
• Inspire teams by clarifying Disney's vision and sustainability priorities.
• Define strategies and priorities to empower teams and contracted leads to innovate.
• Provide coaching to set teams up for success.
