Job summary

The Walt Disney Studios is seeking experienced Production Security Coordinators to support our UK and EMEA productions. You will oversee security operations, liaise with production teams, and implement risk-based security plans to protect talent, locations, and intellectual property.

You will lead security planning, coordinate with local authorities and third-party vendors, and ensure compliance with Disney and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in private sector security, law enforcement, military or production environments.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and vendors.
• Strong operational capability with contingency planning and threat response.

Responsibilities

• Head up the Security department on your assigned production.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key production contacts and contribute in meetings.
• Collaborate with production to develop security plans and policies to mitigate risks.
• Evaluate production locations to establish risk profiles and determine mitigation measures.
• Provide daily briefings to crew enforcing security compliance.
• Manage security planning with Locations department and security vendors.
• Coordinate with local authorities to ensure compliance with local rules.
