Job summary

Fremantle is seeking a senior Sustainability Lead to implement and embed the Sustainable Production Principles across its productions. You will turn ambitious environmental goals into practical actions on set, working with production leaders, suppliers and the Sustainability team.

You will drive decarbonisation, energy efficiency and responsible sourcing, building capability and accountability across development, pre-production, shoot, wrap and post-production to ensure measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading film/TV production operations with sustainability focus.
• Proven track record in decarbonisation, energy management, waste and responsible sourcing.
• Experience with carbon footprint methodologies and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation and embedding of Fremantle Sustainable Production Principles across productions.
• Lead practical delivery across all production stages from development to wrap and post.
• Identify sustainability risks and opportunities, including carbon, energy, travel and materials.
• Drive reductions in emissions and energy use with teams and suppliers.
• Develop guidance, training and tools for teams to meet the Principles.
