Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking an Experienced Production Planner / Scheduler to join a busy injection moulding operation. You will convert orders and forecasts into practical production plans, prioritise schedules, and communicate plans to the shop floor and senior management.

Ideal candidates are organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication with customers and production teams. ERPs experience is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy production setting.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and production teams.
• Experience with ERP planning systems and understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Convert orders and forecasts into accurate production plans using ERP systems.
• Prioritise schedules to meet delivery dates.
• Communicate plans clearly to the manufacturing team.
• Monitor progress and flag delays or capacity issues.
• Maintain understanding of production status and capacity.
• Liaise with customers by phone and email.
• Collaborate with Production Director and senior management.
• Coordinate with administration for orders and output data.
• Communicate changes to priorities promptly.
• Work with production and other departments to deliver plans.
