YG Engineering Ltd in Ipswich is seeking a Production Manager to lead all on-site manufacturing operations, delivering the monthly plan OTIF while driving safety, quality and cost efficiency.

The role requires 5–7 years in manufacturing leadership, a hands-on leader capable of mentoring teams, and a data-driven approach to decision making. Permanent role with a salary of £45k–£50k and a strong focus on strategic growth.

Competenze

• 5–7 years' experience in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
• Data-driven decision making in operations.
• Strong Health & Safety management experience.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driving licence.

• Oversee daily production operations, planning and execution.
