Job summary

The ONE Group Ltd in Northampton is seeking a Senior Production / Manufacturing Engineer to own complex manufacturing processes for high‑performance engine components. You will drive from concept to production across two advanced facilities with multi‑axis CNC machining and in‑house design, manufacture and testing.

You’ll lead NPI and process improvement, develop CAM programs (Siemens NX preferred), fixture design and GD&T, and collaborate with shopfloor teams to deliver precise, reliable

Qualifications

• Experience with CAM programming for multi-axis CNC
• Background in high-performance automotive, motorsport, aerospace or precision engineering
• Strong CNC machining knowledge including fixture design and GD&T
• Ownership of manufacturing processes from concept to production

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of manufacturing processes from initial concept through to full production
• Developing and optimising complex multi-axis CNC programs using CAM
• Designing fixturing, tooling and manufacturing solutions for high-precision components
• Leading NPI and process improvement activity while providing technical support to engineers and shopfloor teams
