Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Section/Senior Production Engineer for the Lower Thames Crossing project. The role involves leading site teams, driving lean production, and delivering high-quality works on a flagship UK infrastructure scheme.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage engineering and design processes, drive environmental sustainability, and coach the next generation of Site Engineers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Section or Senior Production Engineer on major highways or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce resourced 3-week lookahead programmes and monitor progress against the stage programme.
• Review design drawings, resolve queries with designers, mentor engineers on standards and setting out.
• Champion safety, conduct safety tours, and maintain high safety standards.
