Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions Bristol is seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will solve production problems, improve quality and efficiency, and support new equipment and processes to raise manufacturing performance.

This role offers hybrid working after probation, training, and a comprehensive benefits package, with a 5% bonus on top of £38k-£45k salary. If you enjoy hands-on problem solving and helping save lives through better production, apply today.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, plastics, automotive or FMCG is useful.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, SolidWorks, jigs and fixtures or continuous improvement would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Solving production problems and improving quality, efficiency and output.
• Leading projects to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
• Supporting new products, equipment upgrades and better ways of working.
