Job summary

Orion Electrotech is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to lead manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure products meet quality and delivery targets. You will act as the key technical interface across Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams.

You will own and manage BOMs, ECOs, and configuration control, while mentoring junior staff and championing lean principles to improve efficiency and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Production Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering role.
• Strong BOM management and ECO/change control knowledge.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a complex engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison between Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams.
• Lead the creation, validation, and maintenance of BOMs, product structures, and part numbering systems.
• Own and manage ECOs and ensure effective implementation across the business.
• Drive configuration management for full product traceability and compliance.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing data packs and technical documentation.
