Job summary

Flash Technology, LLC is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to provide engineering support across production and manufacturing operations. This role acts as a key interface between various teams, managing engineering changes and supporting product lifecycle activities.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in production engineering, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in managing Bills of Materials. This position supports a hybrid working arrangement with occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Production Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering role.
• Demonstrable experience managing complex Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Strong background in supporting production operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical interface among production and various teams.
• Lead creation and maintenance of part numbers and BOMs.
• Proactively monitor component obsolescence and manage continuity plans.
• Develop and improve assembly instructions to support operational efficiency.
