Job summary

Reevr in Reading is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to take development concepts and turn them into robust, repeatable production operations. You will shape equipment, automation, test, calibration and assembly methods to deliver products at increasing volume.

You’ll lead technical teams, own root-cause analysis, and drive reliability and continuous improvement across the manufacturing process from prototype to mass production.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent engineering background.
Experience in complex product manufacturing, NPI or production engineering.
Able to analyze schematics, PCBs, instrumentation, firmware and robotics.
Experience with process capability and scalability.

Responsibilities

Shape manufacturing process from development to scalable production.
Own equipment, automation, test, calibration and production readiness.
Lead technical teams and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.
Identify root causes and engineer durable solutions.
