Job summary

Reevr is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team on the Reading site during the early shift (6:00am – 2:30pm). You will drive safety, quality and productivity while delivering on key KPIs in an engineering manufacturing environment.

You will coach and develop staff, implement Lean, 6S and continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Logistics to resolve issues and optimise processes for sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising within an engineering or electromechanical manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and production KPIs.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean and 6S initiatives.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards and KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Logistics to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Develop, coach and support your team to maximise performance.
