Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a public-facing, English and French speaking service position requiring frequent customer engagement.
• Experience running a Point-of-Sale or reservations system.
• Tenaciousness and perseverance.
• A technology-centric background with demonstrated curiosity and self-learning.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound help requests via phone, chat, and email.
• Own customer issues through resolution and advocate for customers.
• Consult with customers to ensure their business operations run on Zenoti.
• Research, document, and prioritize issues using internal tools and escalation as needed.
• Provide peer mentorship to team members.
• Create knowledge base materials dedicated to operational efficiency.
• Influence the direction of the product by providing feedback about customer challenges.
