Job summary

SMG is seeking a Product Solutions Specialist to join SMG Technology in London. You’ll own the customer-facing product experience for Plan-Apps MMP, guiding prospects from first conversation through onboarding and translating needs into deliverable opportunities.

You’ll partner with Commercial, Change, Product and Engineering to shape messaging, deliver tailored demos, run discovery workshops and ensure the demos reflect real customer scenarios and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail media operating models.
• Strong knowledge of Plan-Apps MMP and its practical application.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling and communication skills.
• Proven experience delivering discovery workshops and technical product demonstrations.
• Ability to make technical capabilities clear, relevant and valuable to different customer audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, tailored Plan-Apps MMP demonstrations for various audiences.
• Lead discovery workshops with customers to identify priorities and map use cases.
• Shape product messaging and storytelling to convey customer value.
• Keep demo scripts, flows and materials up-to-date with platform changes.
• Build and maintain credible demo environments and sandboxes.
