Job summary

LINK Mobility in the United Kingdom is seeking a Group Product Expert to shape the future of business messaging within the Group Tech unit. You’ll cover service fulfillment and support of group platforms, working closely with regional Sales, CSM, Ops and R&D teams.

The role emphasizes coordinating service setups across our footprint, providing Level 2 escalation, training local teams, and sharing knowledge across countries to improve group services and solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a must.
• Experience in Service Management, Customer Support or a similar role is appreciated.
• IT, Computer Science or relevant engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service setup across our footprint and CPaaS ecosystem (RCS, SMS, WhatsApp, Email).
• Coordinate with Sales and CSM to provide credentials to customers.
• Provide Level 2 escalation and conduct deeper fault investigations.
• Train local Customer Success Managers and Level 1 support on group services and tools.
