Qualifications

• Experience in a role related to safety in aircraft systems.
• Demonstrable knowledge of system/software engineering lifecycle.
• Professionally registered (IEng / CEng) or working towards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team for F-35 System Safety activities across BAE Systems Contracts.
• Develop and maintain safety documentation such as Safety Engineering Memos.
• Conduct safety assessments for new safety issues within design responsibility.
• Provide guidance on qualification and verification evidence.
• Coach junior members on safety reporting.

Experience authoring safety documentation
