Job summary

Vantage is building a governance-driven product performance benchmark capability to measure cost, schedule, sustainability, and lifecycle performance across regions and configurations.

The Senior Manager will define methodology, govern data use, and drive decisions that influence product pricing, design choices, and project controls. You will partner with Engineering, Delivery, Operations, Sustainability, and Analytics to deliver a durable capability.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in cost management, preconstruction, or equivalent benchmarking role.
• Experience building or governing cost, schedule, or lifecycle models.
• Ability to connect capital cost, schedule, energy, and sustainability factors.

Responsibilities

• Define the governed benchmarking methodology and usage rules.
• Own the benchmark roadmap across platform, regions, and configurations.
• Translate requirements into benchmark scope and deliverables.
• Lead consultant engagement and validate methodology and assumptions.
• Own the WBS/CBS and schedule structure.
• Govern baseline, regional variant, and configuration logic.
• Incorporate market intelligence and realized cost factors into updates.
• Define audiences and reporting requirements for benchmark outputs.
• Decide when outputs are fit for use in RFPs, ROMs, and executive reporting.
