Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Performance Benchmarking to establish and evolve a global benchmarking capability across design, delivery, and operations. You will define how to measure cost, schedule, sustainability, and value realization for various product configurations and regions, influencing pricing, RFPs, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in cost management, preconstruction, or benchmark roles.
• Experience building benchmarking or cost‑intelligence capabilities from scratch.
• Capability to connect capital cost, schedule, energy, and lifecycle performance.

Responsibilities

• Define governed benchmarking methodology, baseline assumptions, and usage rules.
• Own the benchmark roadmap across platform, regional baselines, and configurations.
• Translate requirements into benchmark scope and governance.
• Lead consultant engagement and review methodology and deliverables.
• Own WBS/CBS and schedule structure from product and adoption perspectives.
• Govern baseline, regional variant, and factor‑pack logic.
• Incorporate market intelligence and supplier input into benchmarks.
• Define audiences, provide interpretation, and set reporting requirements for benchmarks.
