• Solid software engineering skills with Python automation and analysis tools.
• Hands-on experience evaluating performance in distributed systems or search infra.
• Ability to design representative datasets and workloads with concurrency and ingestion.

Responsabilités

• Own prioritized benchmarking initiatives across search, vector and hybrid retrieval.
• Build and maintain benchmark harnesses, datasets, query sets and load profiles.
• Design fair comparisons with documented system versions and configurations.
• Publish reproducible benchmark artifacts and clear technical reports.
