Job summary

Propel is seeking a Product Owner (Risk & Compliance) to join its Technology team in London. You’ll own how and when delivery happens, translating strategy into a clear backlog and measurable outcomes.

The role spans Intapp and related risk/compliance tech, requiring close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, including supplier management. In a senior, hands-on capacity, you’ll drive delivery across Intapp Cloud transitions, ensure regulatory alignment, and coordinate UAT,

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with Intapp or Intapp Cloud/SaaS upgrade.
• Experience with Intapp workflows such as client, matter, risk or compliance (AML, sanctions, identity verification).
• Experience as Product Owner or Senior Product Owner in a technology delivery environment.
• Experience managing complex backlogs, requirements and delivery priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technical and operational teams.
• Good technical understanding of enterprise SaaS, integrations, data flows and third-party suppliers.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or comparable delivery tool.
• Experience delivering change in high-control regulated environments.
• Experience in legal, professional services, financial services or other regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise Jira backlog and delivery roadmap.
• Translate objectives into epics, user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives across Agile/hybrid delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security and QA on feasibility and integrations.
• Act as key product contact for stakeholders, users, operations and suppliers.
• Coordinate UAT, pilots, release readiness and adoption.
• Manage delivery priorities across Intapp workflows (intake, conflicts, approvals).
• Support the Intapp Cloud/SaaS transition, reviewing configuration and retention decisions.
• Own delivery across Thirdfort, World-Check, BvD and exemption-management capabilities.
• Translate regulatory, policy and risk requirements into workflows and processes.
• Ensure releases meet security, data, risk, compliance and operational standards.
• Make risks and trade-offs visible and ensure quality and readiness.
