Job summary

Mishcon de Reya LLP is seeking a Product Manager (Risk & Compliance) to support the Risk & Compliance product area, with Intapp as the core platform. You will work with business stakeholders, technology teams, suppliers and colleagues to ensure the product meets business needs and delivers value.

A key focus is the upcoming Intapp SaaS upgrade, balancing business priorities with platform sustainability, while working with the Project Manager and Product Owner to assess what should be carried

Qualifications

• Experience managing product areas or enterprise applications.
• Ability to translate requirements into outcomes and prioritised work items.
• Familiar with backlog prioritisation and product roadmaps.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and support day-to-day product management for the Risk & Compliance area with Intapp focus.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, priorities and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate requirements into clear product outcomes and prioritised work items.
• Maintain the product roadmap reflecting value, risk and platform direction.
• Support objectives, success measures and service improvements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardise processes across the product area.
• Support the Intapp SaaS upgrade planning, design, testing, and implementation from a product perspective.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Product Owner to assess what to carry into SaaS and what not to take forward.
• Assist in assessing impact on users, processes and operating models; balance business needs with SaaS constraints.
• Contribute to governance activities, release planning, testing support and adoption planning.
• Promote pragmatic, user-centred product development across change, process and technology.
