GSK is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Content Generation & Collaboration in the UK. You will lead digital products enabling structured, collaborative, and automated authoring across clinical, regulatory and publications domains, translating user needs into clear requirements and a value-driven backlog.

You will own the end-to-end delivery, mentor other Product Owners, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, data integrity, and scalable solutions within a major strategic

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific/technical field.
• Significant digital product management experience with vision and backlog ownership.
• Hands-on backlog writing, refinement and prioritisation using structured methods.
• Experience in pharmaceutical R&D/regulatory affairs with content authoring.
• Proven end-to-end delivery and value validation through pilots or pilots.

Responsabilidades

• Co-create the product vision and roadmap with business stakeholders, owning objectives and value case.
• Translate complex user needs into clear requirements and prioritised backlog.
• Drive structured content capabilities, including modular authoring and component reuse.
• Lead as a technology partner, shaping trade-offs with architects and engineers.
• Work AI-first to accelerate discovery, drafting and scenario analysis for backlog decisions.
• Own end-to-end delivery including milestones, budget, roadmap and quality.
• Embed data integrity, GxP, privacy and AI governance throughout change.
• Mentor other Product Owners and coach teams across disciplines.
