DGH Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the build and rollout of Clio Operate. Hybrid role with two days in the office, offering £70-75k for work across Manchester and London.

You will own the backlog, prioritise delivery, and coordinate with multiple legal businesses to ensure a successful transformation. The role combines product ownership, agile delivery, and project management, requiring 5+ years in legal tech or case management, strong stakeholder skills, and

• Own and prioritise the Clio Operate product backlog, translating business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, testers, and migration specialists to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, the development team, and programme governance.
• Manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and release schedules.
• Oversee testing, release sign-off, and go-live readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and key decisions to programme leadership and governance boards.
• Travel regularly to offices across the UK for delivery and engagement.
• Support implementation, go-live and hypercare activities across locations.
• Ensure Clio Operate configurations and data migrations meet business needs.
• Drive successful rollout across multiple legal businesses.
