Job summary

Lawfront is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the Clio Operate rollout across UK hubs. You will own the product backlog, drive agile delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement a strategic platform within the Digital Applications team.

You will work in a hybrid environment with travel to Lawfront offices across the UK, coordinating with developers, business analysts, testers, and migration specialists to deliver new functionality and successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with legal case management systems.
• Experience delivering technology solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Proven backlog management and agile delivery.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Monday.com.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.
• Knowledge of Clio Operate or ShareDo.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the Clio Operate backlog.
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as link between stakeholders, development teams, and governance.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and priorities across hubs.
• Collaborate with analysts, testers, and migration specialists.
• Oversee testing and release activities.
• Support data migration and hub implementations.
• Provide progress updates to programme leadership.
