Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar in digital learning, SaaS, AI-enabled products, or financial services training.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of the Founderz product roadmap, balancing client value and technical feasibility.
• Translate business objectives and learner needs into clear requirements and release plans.
• Coordinate delivery of AI-powered learning experiences including pathways, simulations, and AI coaching.
• Define, monitor and communicate success measures for pilots and releases.
