Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end management of Chemify’s commercial projects from scoping to delivery
• Serve as primary client contact, manage expectations and provide regular updates
• Translate client requirements into actionable project plans across internal teams
• Monitor milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Produce project documentation, reports, and client-facing deliverables
• Coordinate with Hardware and Software Engineering on test plans for hardware and software updates
• Collaborate with Business Development to ensure smooth handovers from sales to delivery
• Interface with Chemistry/Lab teams to understand constraints and showcase capabilities
• Ensure compliance with Quality and Health & Safety policies and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee reporting systems, dashboards and KPIs for portfolio visibility
• Supervise and mentor a team of four Product Operations staff; line management and training
