We’re seeking a UK-based Sr Product Marketing Manager to join our Global Product Marketing team. This role aims to strengthen RLDatix’s international presence and increase product adoption across our Workforce Management solutions. The Sr Product Marketing Manager will work with cross-functional teams to launch, promote, and adapt our healthcare SaaS solutions for market expansion and revenue growth in international regions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and segmentation for UK, Europe, and ANZ regions.
• Analyze competitors and develop differentiated positioning to enhance messaging and gain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align product innovation with customer needs and market trends.
• Develop and oversee go-to-market strategies for product launches and adoption.
• Support sales enablement with materials like pitch decks, proposal templates, and customer references.

Preferred Qualifications

• Senior experience in product marketing within healthcare technology.
• Proven success in launching and positioning B2B healthcare SaaS products.
• Deep knowledge of market segmentation, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to commute to the UK office as needed.
