The Role

Visa is searching for a high-agency Senior Product Manager to join the Visa Direct Product Agile Delivery team. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader passionate about developing careers, fostering ownership and collaboration, and building high-performing teams.

The details

Scope

• The overall objective is to develop a real-time unified treasury for all Visa Direct products, focusing initially on specific components like safeguarding and ledger management.
• You will lead the development and maintenance of core systems responsible for financial ledger management and safeguarding customer assets.
• Coordinate with compliance, technology, and other stakeholders to build a unified safeguarding module supporting new products and regional expansions.
• Develop infrastructure to optimize liquidity management, crucial for Visa Direct's speed and cost efficiency.
• Lead complex projects integrating new Visa products and markets into Treasury systems as Visa Direct expands globally.
• Ensure systems are updated to support scaling into new markets and products, including training regional teams.

Leadership

• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication.
• Implement Agile delivery strategies tailored to organizational needs and promote adoption.
• Identify and mitigate systemic blockers, demonstrating Visa leadership principles.

Delivery & Performance

• Oversee the product delivery lifecycle, ensuring value delivery.
• Monitor delivery through weekly reports, act as escalation point, and resolve blockers.
• Identify risks, implement solutions, and monitor KPIs to ensure high-quality outputs.

Coaching & Line Management

• Mentor Agile Delivery Managers, oversee recruitment, onboarding, and career development.
• Provide regular feedback and foster continuous learning and improvement.

Personal Qualities

• Self-starter with accountability, excellent stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and able to challenge the status quo.

This is a hybrid role. In-office days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
