Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking experienced Digital Product Managers to join a major transformation programme. You will lead products through Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live, shaping roadmaps and prioritising work within agile teams.

You will engage with stakeholders to align product vision with business outcomes and drive delivery across multiple sites. This 6-month contract role offers a day rate of £875 with 40% onsite work and some travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing digital products through Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live phases.
• Strong experience in agile delivery environments.
• Ability to understand user needs and translate them into product priorities.
• Experience managing and prioritising product backlogs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage products through Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live phases.
• Define product vision, scope and priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure delivery readiness.
• Champion user-centred design using research, data and insights.
• Balance research, technical investigation and feature delivery.
