• Strategy & Vision: Define the 1-year product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market plan aligned with company priorities.
• Product Delivery: Manage end-to-end roadmaps, resolve cross-team dependencies, and partner with agile engineering teams to ship features on time.
• Data & Experimentation: Define success metrics, run A/B tests, and analyze product data to make evidence-based decisions.
• User Experience: Collaborate with UX researchers and designers to map customer journeys, run user interviews, and build intuitive workflows.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineering leadership to assess technical feasibility, evaluate system architecture, and balance speed with scale.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate progress to senior leadership, manage cross-functional requirements, and resolve competing priorities.
• Mentorship & Growth: Coach and mentor junior product managers, participate in hiring, and improve product practices across the company.
