Job summary

The National Crime Agency is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a portfolio of critical digital platforms and shared services. You will bridge business goals with engineering reality, owning vision, strategy and delivery while ensuring security, resilience and value.

Reporting into Enterprise Services, you will guide multidisciplinary teams across engineering, architecture, cyber security and delivery, balancing performance with cost and risk to support national safety priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex technical products or services.
• Experience leading Product Managers or Product Owners.
• Knowledge of platforms, infrastructure and shared services.
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance user value, security, resilience and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex technology platforms, infrastructure and shared services.
• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for digital platforms.
• Define technical requirements and prioritise development and investment.
• Collaborate with engineers, security, service management and delivery teams.
• Balance business needs with architecture, security and operational considerations.
• Influence senior stakeholders and suppliers to ensure value delivery.
