Nscale is building a world-class AI cloud platform and seeks a Senior Product Manager to own a major area, drive end-to-end EU projects, and translate customer needs into shipped outcomes. You will partner with engineering, design, research, and GTM teams while embedding security, compliance, and cryptography at the core of your domain.

You’ll lead problem framing to launch, mentor peers, and set measurable success for your area in a fast-moving, regulated European context.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management experience in software or tech.
• Strong technical fluency to drive architecture and feasibility discussions.
• Familiarity with cloud and platform technologies, emphasizing security and compliance.
• Proven ability to move from ambiguity to shipped product outcomes.
• Experience mentoring or leading peers and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a significant part of the cloud platform within your team.
• Lead end-to-end, cross-functional projects across the EU from framing to launch and iteration.
• Deliver product outcomes addressing data residency, sovereignty, and regulatory needs.
• Embed security, compliance, and cryptography into the product area.
• Clarify problems, align stakeholders, and define what done looks like.
• Collaborate with design and research to shape product experiences and validate hypotheses.
• Mentor junior product managers and raise PRD and review quality.
• Represent the product area in planning and leadership updates.
• Define and drive key metrics for your area.
