Job summary

Ryft, a high-growth fintech start-up in the UK, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and drive the next generation of the payments platform. You will bridge Exec/Sales with Software Engineering, translating vision into an executable roadmap and features for global marketplaces and merchants.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic roadmap in collaboration with Exec/Sales and engineering teams.
• Translate commercial needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver features to Ryft customers on time.
• Balance priorities between sales requests and long-term platform scalability.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to stay compliant and competitive.
• Define KPIs and measure impact of new features.
