Job summary

Ryft, a fast-growing fintech start-up, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to bridge Exec/Sales and Engineering. You will translate high-level business vision into an executable product roadmap and own features from concept to delivery.

You will interact with executives and customers to shape the future of how marketplaces and merchants handle payments globally, in a hybrid role based in central Manchester with two days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Experience managing B2B or Fintech products, ideally with an understanding of the payments value chain (Gateways, Acquirers).
• Data-driven prioritisation to balance short-term requests with long-term platform scalability.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and user stories for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic product roadmap with executive and sales alignment.
• Convert commercial needs and customer feedback into actionable tech requirements and user stories.
• Deliver features end-to-end with engineering to meet Ryft customers' needs.
• Balance stakeholder priorities and maintain alignment across teams.
• Stay ahead of market and regulatory changes (PSD3) to keep Ryft compliant and competitive.
• Define and track KPIs to measure impact of new features and guide iterations.
