Dojo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Customer Experience finance proposition, including MCA Funding, card solutions, and reconciliation/billing/settlement journeys. You will partner with the Finance GM and heads of product, marketing, and customer service to guide a cross-functional squad in building intuitive financial tools.

The role focuses on turning complex financial workflows into effortless experiences that drive revenue, adoption, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering B2B finance products (lending, spend management, or business banking).
• Ability to balance customer needs with commercial outcomes when defining product strategy and roadmaps.
• Data-driven mindset with analytics tools like Amplitude.
• Proven track record translating strategy into actionable execution with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own, shape, and maintain the product roadmap and user journeys with measurable value.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to translate strategy into squad outcomes and milestones.
• Lead a multidisciplinary squad of engineers and designers across product, marketing, and customer service.
• Align technology roadmaps with product partners to enhance value proposition.
• Conduct user and competitor research, market analysis, and willingness-to-pay studies.
• Engage stakeholders to deliver a unified, seamless finance experience.
