Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager focused on data-driven products, ranking, recommendations, search, or personalization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and apply ML solutions.
• Obsessive about understanding user behavior and improving customer experience via data-driven decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with quantitative data and experience with data analysis tools.
• Experience with agile development and understanding of Data Science model development.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ranking/recommendation systems.
• Understand user behavior and identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and experimentation.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to translate requirements into algorithms.
• Lead product discovery, including user research and competitive analysis.
• Define and analyze KPIs to measure success and identify optimization areas.
• Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate on features.
• Prioritize the product backlog and communicate product plans to stakeholders.
