This senior role requires strong data analysis skills, ML familiarity, and collaboration with data scientists and engineers to translate insights into scalable algorithms. You will drive discovery, KPIs, and experimentation in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven PM with data-driven ranking/recommendation experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience collaborating with data science, engineering, and product teams.
• Familiarity with ML concepts and data science model development.
• Experience in agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ranking/recommendation systems.
• Understand user behavior and identify improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to translate requirements into algorithms.
• Lead product discovery, including user research and competitive analysis.
• Define and analyze KPIs to measure success and identify optimization areas.
• Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate on features.
• Prioritize the product backlog and communicate product plans to stakeholders.
