Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Partner Algorithms to lead the ranking and recommendation systems that power partner and home page experiences. You will work closely with data scientists and engineers to translate insights into scalable algorithms that improve customer experience and drive revenue.

The role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of data-driven product development, experiment design, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven record as a product manager for data-driven products, focused on ranking/recommendations or personalization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data; experience with ML or data science.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineers and data scientists.
• Experience with agile development and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ranking/recommendation systems.
• Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities via data analysis and experiments.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate requirements into algorithms.
• Lead product discovery through user research and competitive analysis.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and guide optimization.
• Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate features.
• Prioritize backlog and communicate plans to stakeholders.
