Job summary

The role requires strong analytics, ML familiarity, and collaboration across engineering, analytics, and product teams. You will own the product roadmap, run experiments, and drive KPIs in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager for data-driven ranking/recommendation products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data with ML solutions.
• Focus on understanding user behavior and improving customer experience.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and analytics teams.
• Experience with agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ranking/recommendation systems.
• Understand user behavior and identify improvement opportunities via data analysis.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate requirements into algorithms.
• Lead product discovery, including user research and competitive analysis.
• Define and analyze KPIs and measure success.
• Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
• Prioritize backlog and communicate plans to stakeholders.
